Help Help

This system has been written for the Dee Invasive Non-Native Species project, which is run by the North Wales Wildlife Trust.

  • When you first open the website, you will see Current records of All Species Groups, at a 2km square resolution.
  • The darker the square, the more records it has in it. As you zoom into an area of interest, the map will automatically change to a 1km, 100m, then the full resolution of each record.
  • The mapping options menu on the right will allow you to choose different species groups, individual species, and management status and lets you lock the resolution.
  • The options along the top allow you to zoom in and out, change the background map, and most importantly submit a record of a Non-Native Invasive Species.
  • This is a simple tool for submitting occasional casual records. If you plan on submitting quite often it is worth using Cofnod's Online Recording System, where you can view and edit your records once they are entered.
